Micro Sensors and Actuators Technology Consortium (mSAT) supported by the MOST (Ministry of Science and Technology) of Taiwan was founded in 2013, offering various MEMS technology services at the basis of Any Place, Any Time, and Anyone. Currently mSAT has more than 30 member companies relevant to MEMS industry in Taiwan, ranging from system, design houses, foundries, packing/testing houses, and equipment/material suppliers. Our academic core members with expertise in micro sensors and actuators technology are from top universities in Taiwan and technical experts from National Applied Research Laboratories (NARL). The areas of our expertise cover (1) MEMS design, simulation, fabrication, packaging, and testing; (2) interfaced circuit design and testing; (3) system integration and implementation; (4) control and communication.
