Late News Paper Submission

Given the need for rapid review, the Electronic Submission form and the two-page Late News Paper must be submitted to info@transducers03.org by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, February 28, 2003. Please note that this deadline is inflexible. This two-page Late News Paper must be in Portable Document Format (PDF) and in a form suitable for inclusion in the Technical Digest as a final manuscript. This Sample Paper should be used as an example of style and format. A maximum of six late news papers will be accepted; authors will be notified by electronic mail by Friday, March 7, 2003 whether or not their papers have been accepted. Please download the Late News Paper Preparation Information document for instructions on how to prepare your paper for submission before you start preparing your paper. Papers not meeting the submission deadline or following the instructions will not be included in the Late News review process.

You will receive official confirmation from the conference organizers upon receipt of your submission form and your PDF file. If you did not receive your confirmation within 15 hours of submission or at the latest by by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, February 28, 2003, please contact Katharine Cline at info@transducers03.org to inquire into the status of your Late News Paper Submission. All submitted papers will be confirmed by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, February 28, 2003.

Instructions

Step 1
Complete the abstract submission form below and press the submit button once completed. Please note - What you list as your Document Filename (instructions in step 2) on the form below is what you need to label the PDF File of your actual paper. Please make sure the Document Filename on the Paper Submission Form and your (PDF) file Document Name match identically.

Step 2
Send an e-mail to info@transducers03.org with your (PDF) paper attached. This two-page Late News Paper saved as a (PDF) must be sent to info@transducers03.org by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, February 28, 2003. When saving your document and images to PDF it needs to be placed in the file at 300 dpi and please use the lowest compression level (not the smallest level). Your Document Filename should include TR03 + the First Author's Last Name + the First Initial of their First Name (sample: TR03HoweR.pdf) If you are submitting more than one paper, please use the numeric number starting with your 2nd paper.
